Home2 Suites by Hilton Kitchener

This was an awesome stay after an exhausting day! The hotel was very clean. Our suite room had everything we could need and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk was super friendly and helpful and the kids had a great swim in pool! Will definitely look for more Home 2 Suites for all our future travels!

This hotel is beautifully renovated. Rooms are large compared to standard hotel rooms, and the property was very clean. I also appreciate the sound proofing in the room. I liked the full refrigerator and dishes, but what made this property stand out was the warm and friendly welcome by Andrew at the front desk upon check in. We checked in on a frigid evening and Andrew made my mother and I feel very welcomed. The hospitality at this hotel is second to none. Thank you Andrew. I'll be returning whenever I return to shop at St Jacobs.

Me and my family stayed here the last two nights because we were attending a wedding. The room was clean, the ammenities in the are awesome, and the large smart TV was convenient. The pool being in the double tree was easy to access without having to go outside, the breakfast was great as well. The staff was friendly, and despite young sports teams leaving thier garbage all over the halls and elevator, it was quickly picked up. I couldn't hear anybody outside or beside out room, despite the fact that when I opened the door I was suprised to find a half dozen boisterous teen boys having a good time. The noise didn't come through at all. The digital key was convenient and the staff were all very nice and helpful. They also offer all sorts of unique things like yard games that you can use in their back patio area. They also have a sign that says that you can acquire a cook top and skillet from the front desk to pair with the dishes and silverware stocked in your room that includes a dishwasher. I did not use the skillet feature but I'm sure it is awesome as well. Larger than average fridge with freezer. I could not ask for more especially for the price. I will absolutely be returning to this hotel next time I need to stay in Kitchener.

Very clean rooms. Love how the home2suites rooms come with a full size fridge and a little kitchenette with a dishwasher and microwave - very handy. Comfy beds but they really need to upgrade their pillows. They are way too soft and feel like they have been overused. Decent breakfast in the morning and love that they have coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7.

Very clean hotel. You can smell how fresh and clean it is when you go in. The front desk was very personable. The breakfast was as expected it was not anything crazy but it hit the spot. Beds were comfortable. Not in a busy area therefore you have to uber to get to locations to see. I would go again. I love having a smart tv as well instead of satellite for us to have more options of what to watch.

My husband and I recently had an extended stay of 3-1/2 weeks at this hotel due to a family member being in hospice. The hotel was clean and recently renovated, and the suite with its convenient kitchenette and comfortable bed was perfect for us. The exceptional front desk staff made our stay a very comfortable one, especially Andrew, who went above and beyond for us. Getting to know him and Dania was one of the highlights. They were also very welcoming to our little dog which was important to us, and the space out back to take him out was so handy. Breakfast is included but there are many nearby restaurants to choose from, both take out and fine dining. The mall is just down the street if you feel the need to go shopping. All in all, an A+ experience.

Our stay at Home2 was excellent. The staff were kind and professional, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. A special mention for Edip from maintenance — he was always attentive and made sure everything worked perfectly. We truly appreciated his support during our stay.

During our stay we had other guests with a youth hockey team act like complete idiots. Many Drunken adults. Letting kids run in the halls pounding on doors, being abusive to female staff. We were so Impressed with the professionalism of this hotel staff. We understand they had to eject some bad behaving guests, and those guests were not happy. I guess they discovered that poor actions have consequences. They deserved it. Adults drunk in the hallway holding beer cans letting the children rampage and then swearing at staff and demanding staff let them do whatever they want? These were Terrible people, who need parenting courses. The children need proper role models. Not drunken louts. After the staff did the right thing and ejected the drunks the hotel was excellent as usual and is such a quiet, clean, friendly and well run place. You can’t do better than either of these two hotels in Kitchener. Nothing else comes close.
